A lightweight Chrome extension that fills the verified answers for the weekly SWAYAM Introduction to Indian Constitution assessments.

Installation
Because this extension is distributed directly as an independent utility rather than through the Chrome Web Store, load it directly in Chrome as an unpacked extension:

1. Download & Extract
Click the Download Extension v1.0.0 button above and extract the downloaded ZIP archive on your computer.

2. Open Chrome Extensions
In Google Chrome, navigate to
chrome://extensionsin your address bar (or click menu ⋮ → Extensions → Manage Extensions). -
3. Enable Developer Mode
In the top-right corner of the Extensions page, turn the Developer mode switch ON.

4. Load Unpacked
Click the Load unpacked button in the top-left corner. In the file picker, select the extracted
Constitution-SWAYAM-Autofill-v1.0.0folder (the folder containingmanifest.json). -
5. Pin It
Click the Extensions puzzle icon in Chrome's toolbar, locate Constitution SWAYAM Autofill, and click the pin icon so it stays accessible while taking quizzes.
How to use
- Log into SWAYAM normally in your browser.
- Open one of the weekly assessments for the Introduction to Indian Constitution course.
- Click the Constitution SWAYAM Autofill extension icon in your toolbar.
- The popup will inspect the page and display how many questions were matched (e.g.
✓ 10/10 matched). - Click Autofill.
- Review the selected answers on the assessment page.
- Submit the assessment manually using the official Submit button.
The extension does NOT automatically submit the assessment. You must always review the selected options and click Submit yourself.
- No credentials required: It does not need or request your SWAYAM username or password.
- No API key required: It runs self-contained without third-party services or tokens.
- Local matching: Question extraction and matching happen entirely inside your browser tab.
- Offline database: Answer keys are stored locally within the extension files.
- Zero telemetry: It never transmits quiz answers, form data, or user information to an external server.
